Google Calendar: Get Organized App Reviews

You must have google calendar very friendly to use.

I have never been a fan of the native iPhone calendar app. So I have spent many hours reviewing my options. My biggest complaint with most apps is the weekly view is always grid based with time on he left. For those of us with few appointments, or apts. at hours spanning the day and night, this required one to constantly scroll up and down through empty, unscheduled time as you scrolled left and right through the week. iCalendar by Reedle solved this with their weekly block view which showed appointments in blocks right next to each other for a given day of the week, with no unscheduled time hogging up space in the screen. In an instant I can easily see days that are free and days that have scheduled blocks. Google calendar solves this as well with their Schedule view. Showing blocks for appointments in a feed type format. One downside is that since they only list appointments it is sometimes hard to figure out what days are completely free, since it will show a appointment block for Monday and right under it the next apt lets say on Friday with no visual gap, so its not an easy visual to see which days are completely open. Not a huge issue, it just make one have to think and not just see instantly. I do love the images it used to convey the appointments. It adds some flair to a usually boring visual screen of a calendar.

Keeps all my stuff organized

I use Google Calendar for just about everything from business to "me time." It is simple to use and has helped me to establish routines in a color-coordinated fashion, helping me to stay organized. Great features and easy to use. I highly recommend it.

I love the color coding and the monthly/schedule displays! I only wish there was a full year view where you could see all the dates at once

This is the backbone of my life! I like how its easy to use and everyone has Gmail so its easy to share calendar events with other people!

I love Google Calendar. I kept planners for years, but this is so much better. I can set reminders and reminders via email. Its truly awesome.

My husband and I share various calendars with each other and it is wonderful to be able to schedule appointments when I know he is free. My children are almost to the age where they can start being responsible enough to keep track of their activities and we will be able to see those as well. The color coding is such a great idea for many reasons-I use red for doctor appts, my kids have their own color and my husbands calendar is a different color.

Great apps, easy to use and customizable. New update should make a 3D Touch a push for creating new event tho.

Love google calendar! So easy for my husband and I to have access to the same calendar on our iPhones, iPad or computer! Just wish the app icon showed the actual date.....

My old calendar app was not being updated so I had to make a change. At first I didnt like the google calendar app but the more I used it the more I liked it. It does so much more than my old app!! Changing to a new app can be frustrating but it can also give you options that you never had before? Love this app!!

Ive used Google Calendar for years, have many calendars with it, and love the ease of entering events, editing them, and switching between calendars. IPhone app is easy to use. I love the addition of Reminders. I would like to see that become a more robust task management system, rather than just a list maker. Then Google Calendar could be one stop shopping for my calendar and tasks.

This calendar is my life and being able to share events and include locations and press and it goes right to google maps... its perfect. Reminders and alarms... its a life saver.
