Google Calendar: Get Organized App Reviews

The app has become unusable! It crashes almost the moment I open it and am unable to use any of the functions. I have sent feedback about the crashing and no fix update yet! Please fix this as this app has my entire calendar on it!

I rely on Google Calendar to organize events, but it currently won’t stay open long enough to view events, let alone edit or add them. It’s absolute trash. Add that to the frustration of the program’s insistence on having a time zone (for those of us that travel a lot, having to do the math to make sure the event shows up at the proper time is unnecessary hassle), and despite its superior layout and shareability, I will have to switch to another calendar.

This has been the perfect iPad app until the most recent update. Now when I open it, it flashes on the screen momentarily and then closes. I hope that help is on the way!

Why cant I view my tasks / reminders that I see on my desktop, on my app? I rely on these everyday for assignments that are due

I want to love Google Calendar, we use it at my company, but the iOS version crashes constantly. Either right when I open then app or if I try to add something to the calendar. I hope they can get it fixed.

I typically have positive things to say about Google apps, but this app has become totally unusable. When I open the app, it either freezes or crashes.

New iPhone 8. The app was working fine until the last week, it keeps closing for my wife and I. We use the app to keep everything synchro between us. Now we can’t. I crashes after being open for 2 seconds. It worked great until the recent update. I expect better from Google. They broke something. Fix this!

It’s beyond me why this app has started crashing and has become completely useless. Google — do better. I keep waiting for each update to fix the problem and it hasn’t. My iOS is up to date, and so is my app. We are all in trouble if Google can’t keep their product update.

Crashes constantly! Unusable. Frustrating. Used to be good until a few days ago. Now I have to write down my appointments or email myself with the info so I don’t lose it. Also, when making new appointments, every once in awhile (too often) I’m bumped into February or March of 2016! or 2014! or something other than the current 2018... Ready to delete the app.

I like the app WHEN it works. It kept freezing up on my iPhone 6 when adding a new event. I even changed to an iPhone X, and it crashed on a daily basis. I was forced to uninstall and reinstall the app daily, until I had enough. I ask that Google and Apple work together in the interest of consumers. Neither the Apple calendar app or the Google calendar app work as intended for iPhone owners who use Google calendar. Until then, iPhone users should stick to the native calendar app.

Is this some kind of joke? After all this time and numerous people repeatedly pointing it out this app still doesn’t allow you to change the type of calendar once you create an event! For example, if I mistakenly create an event under a calendar titled ‘School’ and want to include the event under another calendar ‘Family’, the only way to do so is deleting the event and starting over!! ABSURD. This is why I still use third party calendar apps that sync with Google cal. I really want to like & use this app but this silliness has got to change.

Changes all of my edits into htlm code

Lately I accidently hit the years in my iPhone and it turns 10-20 years back. Hard to fix! Annoying

When I put an appointment into the calendar I set a start time and end time and a good description all the things I’m supposed and save. At some point in time, I come back to my appointment calendar and instead of having a single appointment covering a certain time. I have hundreds of lines. If I expand the lines out they become data. The data Is my appointment information. But I have 50-60 lines Of the same thing. All I want to do is make one entry that is my appointment date time place a description of what it’s about and maybe men wear. I want to be able to open up my iPhone my iPad my computer my whatever it doesn’t matter I want to open it up and access My reminder, Reminding me what’s next.

Can’t change event to another calendar within your current account. This is should be a standard feature. App deleted u til this option is added. I can change using the web site no problem.

I have used the email and calendar apps since October and it’s a lesson in frustration. I open the app, it freezes and closes. I open the app, I’m unable to add an appointment, the app freezes and I have to close it. I open the app and I’m missing appointments that I was invited to. I’m spending way too much time fighting the calendar. Even worse since my last app update.

I love Google Calendar and use it religiously. However, it is currently crashing on the iPhone X even with all of the current updates.

The app has sudden become incredibly laggy and unresponsive. Having a really difficult time using it to create events.

The app keeps quitting and closing. I can’t use it at all
