Google Calendar functions perfectly on my iPhone.

Love it

As with all things Google, its a great app, but it REALLY needs Widget support. It sucks having to use the default iOS calendar app just to have my latest events show up in the today view. Can this PLEASE be added soon?!

I dont need the graphics cluttering the schedule view. I select specific colors to code different types of events. Dinner happens to be a tan color. Why does Google have to disrupt that visual cue with a graphic of a restaurant interior, with blue background, and taking up twice as much real estate on the screen. Where is the switch to turn off that feature? (I was tempted to say "crap" but somebody will likely be offended, so I wont). Update: now Im really annoyed. I code appointments in red. So, wouldnt you know it, an infantile graphic of a toothbrush replaced that color for a dentist appointment (really Google?). So, a quick glance at the calendar in the morning and I missed the appointment. WHERE IS THE SWITCH TO TURN OFF THE INTRUSIVE GRAPHICS? Come on, if Id wanted that Id have bought a coloring book.

Fantastical is just so much more useful. Please add a widget and some of the scheduling convenience in competing apps. I am surprised by how much this app is lacking this far out. Come on Google... As a basic calendar app, its fine. Just dont expect anything interesting or intuitive.

Used this calendar at least the last 5 years. Love the syncing with other devices.

Love this app. A refreshing take on staying organized.

Wish the home icon would display current date instead of 31st all the time.

I replaced the Apple one for this. The only thing I Wish is that the date changed like the Apple calendar does with the date.

Everything works great, entering dates is a breeze, picture icons are the icing on the cake.

Love the location photos and easy accessibility from any Internet-enabled device!

User friendly cant live without it

Slow and buggysince iOS 10 (or the most recent Gcal update). The performance problems occur seeimingly randomly - app restarts, reinstalls, and iphone resets dont fix it). Pluses: Great new month view Integration with google maps Complaint: Reminders are useless to me at thsi pont. Reminders in Google are confusing. Do they show up in Calendar, Google Now (Google app), Keep, or Inbox - some, or all of the above? This prevents me from using reminers. Also reminders do not have alerts associated with them. Fix this and they would be a godsend. Wish it would: - allow it me to create default alarms for iCal events. (It does for Google events) - have more advanced repeat functions i.e. weekly, but MTWT, but not friday - you can do every day or every week, but not as percise as Id like. - Have Siri Integration - allow for drag and drop time and date changes (like built in Apple Calendar app)

Excellent feature added after recent release added birth date of people in agenda as a special reminder.

Ive tried a lot of different organization and calendar apps. Every one of them has a different twist, but at the end of the day is just a gimmicky calendar app. With the new iPad support this one is where its at. Its accessibility and integration across devices and interfaces makes it perfect. The only thing I wish they would add is the ability to drag events instead of having to go in and manually edit them.

Crashes on open now on an iPhone 6s. Completely useless to me know.

Really pleased this app finally now has both iPad and month view support! Now maybe we can actually employ this thing. (Now, I need to re-test for our purposes again. Have colours been brought back?) [Previously review: Seriously? — No iPad support; no month view! This is a calendar app that has been out for over a year, that has received multiple updates and new features, and that unfortunately still has no month view, and no proper iPad support. We’ve avoided getting the app and using Google Calendars previously for that reason. We need the app for testing purposes at the moment; but we simply will not consider employing Google Calendars until the iOS app receives both month view and iPad support, if ever.]
